In-camera techniques..

High speed photography..
High speed photography is basically an effect which takes images just as things are happening by using a fast shutter speed. Below are some examples of this technique including images of things dropping into other things and smashing. I enjoy this technique because it captures the images as things are happeneing which isn't seen in everyday photography.

Lens baby..
Lensbaby is a special lens which creates a special focused effect. Lensbaby chooses one part of the image to focus on and blurs the remainder of the image. I like this technique as it creates a better effect than other images like this.

Tights soft focus..
Soft focus (tights) is a technique using a pair of tights to cover the lens to create a blurred effect. This makes the image looks pretty old and different to other images using an old antique look. I like this effect as it uses everyday objects to create a different image.
